Located in the children's room.
With 85 educational learning programs installed on it for young children. No internet required.
Thanks to the MI-83 Grant (MiLibraryisnow.com) the library received: Four new Samsung Chromebooks for patrons to check out. A green screen with a laptop computer, camera, and microphone to record programs. Plus, a tent and speakers to do outdoor programs which should arrive sometime this month.
Funding for the MI-83 Digital Library Connection project is provided in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library of Michigan, an agency of the Michigan Department of Education.
Chromebooks available for check out thanks to this grant.

About the Library
It was 1970 that the Kingston Community Library merged with the school library. Jacquelin E. Opperman was the first librarian. It was years later after her death (April 18th, 1980) that her successor Aneita Denhoff had the library renamed Jacquelin E. Opperman Memorial Library. A picture of her hangs in the library along with a biogiaphical sketch and a story about the mark she made on the community. During holiday's her ceramics that she made are showcased.
The mural was painted in the hall when Mr. Ferguson was the art the teacher in 2010-2011 school year.
